Ostara 30L Keg Vermouth We let it wild fermentWe do not charge keg deposits. We decided to keg a little bit of our Ostara cider. It's a wild fermented apple cider, aged on golden plums for 8 months. What's it like? Bright and refreshing, it's bursting with stone fruit aromatics and freshwater minerality.
